Easter Chocolate Eggs
This week, I have managed to spend some time creating beautiful hand-made chocolate easter eggs from my favourite and finest chocolate!
With Easter just around the corner, I wasn’t sure I’d find time, but here they are! They are available to buy, only by visiting my Kitchen in person. Many of you have booked onto my easter workshops, so why not arrange to collect an egg or two while you are here?
I have carefully selected three of my favourite chocolates for these eggs:
The White Chocolate Egg is made with Italian ‘Bean to Bar’ chocolate from the luxury chocolate maker, Amedei in Tuscany. The flavour of this white chocolate is like nothing you will have tasted in the u.k, delicate, creamy, silky smooth and not too sweet.
The Caramel Chocolate Egg is made from chocolate from an exclusive French chocolate company and is a subtle, sweet caramelised white chocolate with a silky smooth texture, a strong milk caramel taste and salty notes reminiscent of Brittany’s ‘Caramel au beurre salé’.
The Dark Chocolate Egg is made from pure Ecuadorian Arriba Cocoa, this chocolate has smokey coffee notes, and I have mixed it with delicious Italian hazelnuts from Lazio and wafer for added crunch.
The Classic Milk Chocolate Egg is made with super-creamy Venezuelan Milk Chocolate. not too sweet.
All the eggs are filled with buttons made with the same chocolate as the egg… These are little pieces of art, and will bring a smile to anyone’s face this Easter!
I’m sure you will find them far superior to any supermarket or shop-bought egg. There’s only a small number available, If you’d like to swing by my Chocolate kitchen and collect one you are more than welcome, please email ahead so we can arrange a suitable time to collect.
