Tantalising Truffles Saturday 5th April 11am - 12noon
Event introduction by Kerry Witt with a hot drink and chocolate to taste
An overview of creating milk chocolate truffles
You will then work individually to make 10 milk chocolate truffles
Whilst your truffles are setting, Kerry will demonstrate how to coat your truffles with tempered chocolate
You will then package your truffles in beautiful boxes to take home
Miss Witt will provide everything you need including aprons.
